China Center of Adoption Affairs (CCAA) has been devoted to the healthy development of orphaned and handicapped children in welfare institutions and proper allocation and adoption of them over the years. On the occasion of June 1st International Children’s Day, CCAA has started a love program and arranged three orphans from Tianjin Children’s Welfare Institution who suffer from severe brain paralysis or body deformity to receive surgeries in designated hospitals and create a bright future for them like other healthy children. CCAA will pay part of the surgery cost involved in this project. We hope people with love home and abroad will donate to this project to help them (Please refer to the DVD clip titled “Loving Hearts Light up the Dreams” for more details).Let’s join together hand in hand with love in our hearts, lighting up the beautiful dreams of these orphaned and handicapped children with our blessing and action!
