Adoption agencies,
　　China Center of Adoption Affairs (CCAA) started the Online Operation System formally from December 10, 2007. To guarantee a smooth transition and correspondence between the submitted dossiers and log-in information, we would like to call the attention of adoption agencies to the following points when submitting application dossiers for adoptive families through the Online Operation System:

1. Adoption agencies should register the application dossiers in batches in the CCAA Online Operation System. Please separate those applying for normal programs and those applying for expedition when registering.

2. After registering in the Online Operation System, please submit the paper dossiers in accordance with the batches registered online and write the 14-digital number as in “Dossier sent to CCAA No.” on the up right corner of the dossier list markedly.

3. From May 1, 2008, the Administrative Office will not send the paper feedback of the log-in date and serial number to adoption agencies. If the adoption agencies haven’t received the feedback of log-in date and serial number from the Online Operation System 15 days after submitting the paper dossiers, please contact the person in charge of receiving dossiers with the Administrative Office as soon as possible (Tel: 86-10-65548806 Fax: 86-10-65548810 Email: jyccaa@163.com or through the email box of this operation system).
