The CCAA Director General Lu Ying held a meeting on June 20, 2005 with Ms. Alicia Garcia, Director of Bureau of Social Welfare from Valencia Autonomous Region of Spain and her delegation. The Spanish delegation introduced general information regarding the Valencia Autonomous Region and its inter-country adoption processes. The delegation donated 7,000 Euro to the “Tomorrow Plan” and expressed their continuous support of the Plan in the future.
