In accordance with relevant regulations promulgated by the State Council and Ministry of Civil Affairs on management of donations in forms of money and materials for disaster relief, all the money and materials donated for this purpose is exclusively received by Ministry of Civil Affairs, China Charity Federation and China Red Cross. China Center of Adoption Affairs (CCAA) will no longer accept donations for the earthquake. Please refer to relevant websites for the information of donation address.

Institutions and individuals (including those intent to give key support to institutions in urgent need of special help) who would like to imburse child-nurturing work in welfare institutions can continue to donate money to the donation account for child-care of CCAA.

After China Center of Adoption Affairs (CCAA) issued the announcement about stopping the receipt of earthquake relief donation, it will transfer all the donations with the clear intention for earthquake relief received through the account of child-care programs to the Ministry of Civil Affairs. Those received through the account of child-care programs that are without clear intentions will be used as funds for child-care programs and distributed according to the plans.
