In order to improve the standards in child raising within SWI, to help facilitate an orphaned or special needs child¡¯s healthy development, and in accordance with the needs of orphanage trainings, building from last year¡¯s training, continuing to develop training for infant caregiver, nutritionists, and orphanage directors, at the same time, providing additional training for Psychological and Physical Therapist. There will be 15 different training courses, with an approximate attendance of 630 staff members from orphanages, with an invested budget of 2.13 million. We are currently looking for financial support from various adoption agencies and adoptive families, hoping more attention will be paid into this project, and we can work alongside to improve. Any organizations or individuals wishing to join these programs can collaborate with us in accordance to your interests and expertise.
